All products are manufactured according to the information provided by the customer.
Please verify your:
- Uploaded photo
- Name
- Text
- Delivery address
before placing your order.
PremiumFactory is not responsible for customer-provided errors.
Product Appearance
Actual product colors may vary slightly due to:
- Screen settings
- Printing process
- Lighting conditions
These differences are considered normal.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before production begins.
Once customization starts, cancellations cannot be accepted.
Intellectual Property
All content including:

- Images
- Logos
- Website content
- Graphics
belongs to PremiumFactory and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
PremiumFactory shall not be liable for delays caused by:
- Courier companies
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect customer information
- Events beyond our control
